How to enable automatic Image Display in Zoho Mail?
To automatically view images in Zoho Mail without needing to manually click to display them, follow these steps to adjust your email settings:
Enabling Automatic Image Display in Zoho Mail
Login to Zoho Mail: Open Zoho Mail and log in to your account.
Access Settings: In the upper-right corner of Zoho Mail, click on the gear icon (Settings).
Go to the "Mail Settings": In the settings menu, choose Mail Settings from the options.
Select "Email Settings": In the Mail Settings section, look for the Email Settings category.
Enable Automatic Image Display:
- Scroll down to the Images section under "General Settings."
- Make sure the option "Always display external images" is selected. This ensures that images embedded in emails or linked externally will automatically load when you open an email.
Save Changes: If prompted, click Save to apply your changes.
Additional Information:
- If you choose not to automatically display images, Zoho Mail will block external images for privacy and security reasons, asking you to click to display them manually.
- By enabling automatic image display, external content (like images in newsletters, promotional emails, etc.) will show up immediately when you open the email.
Once you've enabled this setting, all future emails will automatically load the images for you, giving you a smoother experience while viewing emails in Zoho Mail.
