Steps to Create a New Bookmark in Zoho Mail:

  1. Log in to Zoho Mail:

  2. Access the Bookmark Feature:

    • In the left sidebar, you should see the Bookmarks section. If you don't see it, you might need to enable it by clicking on the gear icon (Settings) in the top-right corner of your Zoho Mail interface.
  3. Click on the "Bookmarks" Section:

    • If the Bookmarks option is visible, click on it. This will open up the bookmarks management interface.
  4. Create a New Bookmark:

    • Inside the Bookmarks section, look for an option like Add Bookmark or Create Bookmark.
    • Click on this button to create a new bookmark.
  5. Fill in Bookmark Details:

    • Name: Give your bookmark a descriptive name (e.g., "Important Client Email" or "Work Folder").
    • URL: Enter the URL of the page you want to bookmark. This can be an email, a folder, or a particular search result within Zoho Mail.
    • Optionally, you can add any additional details or tags for easier organization.
  6. Save the Bookmark:

    • After entering all the details, click Save or Create to add the bookmark to your list.
