How to use Resources in Zoho Mail?
Resources in Zoho Mail is associated with your Calendar.
Steps on how to use Resources in Zoho Mail
Select Resources :
- If you have resources like meeting rooms, projectors, or equipment set up in Zoho, you'll see a Resources or Rooms section in the event creation window.
- From this section, you can choose the resource you want to book (e.g., a meeting room).
- If your organization has set up resources in Zoho, you should be able to see a list of available resources that you can book for your event.
Set Resource Availability:
- Zoho will show the availability of resources (like meeting rooms) based on your event time. You can book the available resource.
- If the resource is already booked for that time, you will be notified, and you can choose another available slot or resource.
Save the Event:
- After filling in all the details and selecting the appropriate resources, click Book or Create Event.
- The resource will now be booked along with your event, and the invitees will be notified.

Additional Tips:
- Admin Setup: If resources like meeting rooms or equipment are not showing up, your Zoho admin might need to set them up in the system. Admins can add and manage resources in the Admin Console of Zoho Calendar.
- Integration with Zoho Projects: If you're managing projects in Zoho Projects, you can integrate resources there as well, allowing you to book resources for project meetings or tasks.
