To create a channel in Zoho Cliq, follow these steps:

  1. Click the "+" Button: In Zoho Cliq, locate the "+" button, which is typically found in Conversation Tab.

  2. Select "Create a Channel": After clicking the "+" button, you will see an option to "Create a channel." Click on this option.

  3. Fill in Channel Details: A pop-up window will appear prompting you to provide the details for your new channel:

    • Channel Name: Give your channel a name that reflects its purpose.
    • Description (optional): Add a description to help others understand the purpose of the channel.
    • Privacy Settings: Choose between a public or private channel, depending on whether you want everyone in your organization to join or just specific members.
    • Add Members: You can invite members to the channel at this point by entering their names or email addresses.
  4. Click "Create": After filling in the necessary information, click the "Create" button to finalize the process and create the new channel.

Your new channel will now appear in the channel list, and you can start collaborating with the members you've added!
